The Iamsterdam card is a must have when visiting Amsterdam. You can buy several types. There is the 24 hour, 48 hour and 72 hour card, each priced differently. There are usually a lot of free offers into museums and such, along with many discount coupons. The book will save you a huge amount of money.

It also comes with a transport card. Depending on the card you bought, you may ride on the city’s trams, busses and metro free of charge for 24, 48 or 72 hours. A free canal tour is also a huge plus! They have several coupons for free food and drink and discounts to restaurants.

You may think that they are a bit pricey, but they are well worth the money, as you are saving at least 2 times the price of the card.
